About

The ADX Foundation was created in 2013, originally under the name of Acesse Love Foundation. Its name was changed to ADX Foundation in 2019. It is registered with the IRS as a 501C3 Private Foundation.
It is also registered as a charity with the Minnesota Attorney General.

The Foundation is funded by ADX Labs, Inc., located in Minneapolis, MN. The Foundation raises no funds other than those contributed to it by ADX Labs, Inc., and funds contributed by ADX employees through a payroll deduction program.

Our mission

to contribute funds to charitable organizations which work to exonerate and free men and women who are incarcerated in prison for crimes they did not commit.

Help Hungers and Education Alleviate Child Hunger

to contribute funds to charitable organizations which work to feed hungry children and educate parents and children about the importance of diet and nutrition.

Respond to Public Emergencies Respond to Public Emergencies

to contribute funds to charitable organizations which respond to public emergencies.
